Managing director of PSEEZ, Mehdi Yousefi, said during the second month of year (20 April- 20 May) 2.52 million tons of products were exported from the PSEEZ’s customs. The value of exported products reached USD 1.42 billion which “shows an 13 per cent increase,” added Yousefi.
Yousefi also told that during this period 1.17 million tons of non-oil goods, with a value of around USD 636 million were exported from PSEEZ. Weight and value of exported goods comparing to the average of the last year increased 25 and 16 per cent respectively.
Export goods from PSEEZ include polyethylene, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, urea, butane, propane, p-Xylene, and methanol which are sent to over 29 countries.
