According to Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), Payam Motamed
said the facility would be processing 56 mcm/d of natural gas by February.
As he said, the flare stacks of platforms B and D of the
phase were lit earlier this week after only four days since hookup and
commissioning operations of the platforms which was a record by itself.
He said the two platforms could recover 28 mcm/d of sour gas
from the field to be processed at four sweetening trains of the phase’s onshore
refinery.
Phase 13 is being developed for production of 56 mcm/d of
rich gas, 75,000 b/d of gas condensates, 400 tons/day of sulfur and 1.05
million tons per year of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and a million tons per
year of ethane.
