According
to PSEEZ, the transportation manager
of the Pars Special Region organization, referring to the ranking seventh of
Asalouye Persian Gulf Airport among the country's airports in terms of
passenger transfer, considered this airport the best airport in the region,
which is able to provide simultaneous services to 8 wide body aircraft flights.

and launched for the first time in the country at this airport, and this
happened when none of the country's airports, even Imam Khomeini International
Airport (RA), had this possibility.
The
transportation director of Pars Special Region Organization added that the high
resistance coefficient of the Persian Gulf international airport runway, which
is almost twice the average of the country's airports, allows the world's
largest cargo and passenger planes to land and take off.
Hajvand
continued; In addition to the above, the heliport runway of this airport with 6
slots has the possibility of providing 24-hour services to the platforms due to
the equipment it has, and it can be said that Asalouye Airport is the only
airport in the country where helicopter flights are carried out around the
clock.
He
also said; More than 52 HSE employees of the Pars Special Region Organization,
most of whom are native children of the region, are receiving the necessary training
and will soon work in the operational and safety department of the Persian Gulf
Airport.
The
transportation director of the Pars Special Region Organization said, referring
to the special position of the Persian Gulf International Airport in the region;

He added;
erasing the traces of the airport runway and friction testing, renovating the
roof of the main terminal hall, completing the gas station and implementing
several service projects at the airport are among these projects.
The
transportation director of the Pars Special Region Organization stated; according

included in the work schedule of this airport.
