According to the information base of Pars Special Region, on the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the Pars Special Zone Organization and Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping, referring to the mission of the Pars service port in providing port services to incoming vessels carrying project goods of refineries and petrochemicals, Sakhawat Asadi said:
As the main artery of import and export of goods in the region, Pars port complex is one of the important factors in attracting domestic and foreign investors, which will accelerate the provision of these services in the future.
Asadi continued; we hope that with the development of cooperation, passenger shipping lines will be launched in the future near the destination of Kish and the Persian Gulf in the Asalouyeh area.
He added: Pars port complex has 25 berths and 2 floating piers, and Pars service port has 10 berths with 150 hectares of land.
