Iran has launched the 21st International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical at the capital’s permanent fairgrounds.
The event, crowded by nearly 2,000 oil and energy companies from 38 countries, will run until May 8 2016.
The theme of this year event is "attracting investment, transferring technology". almost 996 domestic firms, 826 foreign companies from 40 countries participated in the 21st show. The unprecedented reception of the fair comes as US-led sanctions on the Tehran’s nuclear program were lifted in January 2016.
